Matt Taylor
MCA Student
"My MCA project will develop a communications strategy to enable distance and local Visual and Performing Arts postgraduate students to form an interactive community.  The strategy will explore every available medium – “traditional” methods such as physical travel, postal mail, phone, fax, email , static web sites through to new media such as social networking sites, personal web conferencing, instant chat, video conferencing, etc...  It will explore one-to-one interpersonal communications as well as group and community interactions. What makes this study different is looking at how to do this for artists whose work can be sensory and textured and not easily communicated in written or verbal form."
