Painting courses develop conceptual and technical skills through a sequence of projects, one-to-one critiques, group critiques, slide lectures, gallery visits, artist studio visits and field trips. Each Painting unit provides opportunities for you to develop your own thematic interests, work processes and techniques. Throughout your course you will be encourages to engage with philosophical, cultural and international issues that are relevant to historical and contemporary practices of Painting.
